good people, good clients, I had a great time at my entry level job and gained a lot of clinical experience.

Cons

There was sometimes a lack of support for employees, and that wasn't great. As I was relief there was not a lot of oversight or working together with other employees.

Lots of entrepreneurial managers who seek new programming Creativity and innovation Generally good benefits and reasonably supportive managers, especially when employees are dealing with unpredictable life events such as illness. Some jobs offer flexible work schedules which fits well with family life The agency is a technology innovator which has pros and con, probably more pros.

Cons

Bureaucracy and administrative inefficiency Lots of change which has pros and cons--its exciting, but confusing sometimes and disruptive. Administrative systems could be more efficient
