For a smaller-sized company it is amazing how mature and "big-company" ServiceRocket is. ServiceRocket has great leadership, process-mindedness, development opportunities/career path, and truly cares about its employees. It is also really interesting to work for a company with such global reach.

Cons

Working asynchronously can be an adjustment for some, but the tools are in place to make this is easy as possible.
