Everyone is super welcoming, including the senior executives. For the most part everyone cares about each other, and if you are curious and work hard, they will put a lot of time and effort investing in you.

Cons

At the moment, working for ServiceRocket will not be the most lucrative job, but the company is clearly working towards making sure their employees are well taken care of.

Opportunities abound if you work both smart! One of our guiding principles is Hungry, Humble and Smart. In the brief time I’ve been with the company (1y) I’ve evidenced 1st hand this is true! Everyone who has demonstrated these qualities has had the opportunity to grow both professionally & personally! In fact, it’s my experience the personal growth is actually more promoted over (traditional) professional growth!

Cons

This isn’t the place to “hideout & collect your paycheck”. When the individual wins the collective wins! Humble, Hungry & Smart!
