Dictatorial senior and middle management, total lack of respect for franchise owners, false Christian atmosphere, hypocrites abound especially in the ownership. The only way to keep your job, which several have learned, is to sacrifice your personal integrity and have a complete disregard for the truth and honesty in dealing with people, their lives and property. Only a few token minority employees. No originality, this entire company is a “middle-man” preying upon the uneducated and unsophisticated. Almost all corporate employees lack any experience or formal education and only have their jobs because they are willing to do anything for a paycheck. Extremely low morale. All three owners are egotistical, self-righteous and vain to the highest degree.
