Pros

Good pay. Unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about working there.

Cons

Some managers do not need to be in a manager position! He will treat you awful cause he knows he can get by with it since he's been there forever. It does ZERO good to go to HR; it actally makes things worse.

Pros

Flexible schedule, job is fairly simple. Ability to get out and socialize and interact outside of a workplace. That's all.

Cons

Horrible corporate micromanagement. No room for advancement at all. Pay is minuscule compared to other restoration companies. No health insurance coverage within franchise.
