Terrible Management "Pay freeze" for 10 years No bonuses No staff appreciation No room for growth Dirty Does NOT treat clients right Put it this way I was employed with them for almost 10 years. My starting pay was 10.50 when I left/got fired pay was 10.50. I was told I was going to have to deal with the bed bug infestation (again) I told them no they tried to force me to deal with it. I had to deal with a lice problem because I was literally the ONLY person within the home that knew anything about it. I literally got stuck with everyone else's job because I was there so long I could do it with my eyes closed. Got taken for granted and was literally laughed at in my face whenever asking for a raise. VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE!

Pay doesn’t fit the job requirements. Professionalism can be non existent at times. Respect for others time is trivial. A lot of employees are never fully trained on clients. Sitting in a room and reading a paper about a client DOES NOT teach you how to interact and handle them. Time off accural is horrible.
