Great team, my direct manager was wonderful. Good training

Cons

Low pay, always felt like something bad was going to happen in the company, no room for internal growth. No bonus and a the smallest raise that didn’t even count as a raise.

Great, growing industry although major regulations are coming. Most people at the company are nice. Good way to learn about working at a medium sized start up.

Cons

Do not trust anything the leadership team tells you. They only have their own best interests in mind. Just laid off many of the employees, many more are leaving on their own will.
