Pros

Diverse Work Body: My coworkers came from many backgrounds and varied in age, race, and ethnicity. Pay: Hourly + tips, with overtime available; Once every week, Friday, or as early as Wednesday with direct deposit. Benefits: Access to health, vision, and dental insurance before the first 90 days of hiring, a 401K with company contribution matching after 1 year, and paid-time-off accrues immediately after starting. Employees receive a 60% discount on menu items during their shift and 20% at other locations.

Cons

Breaks: As of my resignation, working less than 8 hours came with a 15-minute break. State law or company policy may have changed this. Team: The camaraderie between co-workers isn't fostered by management, during my time there they tried to prevent some of us from bonding while working and also struggled to recognize and rectify urgent issues with employee behavior.

Pros

Decent pay and I was trained on several stations.

Cons

They did not train me on all stations, probably because I only worked part time. After almost a year I got kind of bored doing the same stations all the time
