Pros

First time when I had started contacting Shakti in April 2017, I had no knowledge about them as we met through Dice.com, but when I joined Shakti Solutions I had confidence in them, now they have doubled that confidence by proving that they do what they say, this time I was more relaxed through the process because I had double confidence in Shakti Solutions 🥂💕. I am very thankful to you all.

Pros

Very good at legal documentation, never had an issue with h1 extensions/LCA or stamping at US embassy. Never had an issue with payment in last 14 years. On time payments. Good 401k plan offered by Shakti. Two weeks of paid vacation which is best as a consulting firm.

Cons

Marketing team is week, if you are out of project means you are on your own mostly.
