Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a good benefits. management team really seems to care about their employees. The managers are very responsive and willing to help you if needed. You may work from home.

Cons

The health benefits may be better.

Pros

it's nice company to work for if you are not looking for a job. Prime vendor for a few clients. Even though it's a small company, they always have job opportunities with their client. You do get your salary on time and they do follow all USCIS rules the same as big service based companies.

Cons

Like all companies, even Shakti has a few cons, since it's a small company.
