Pros

Very good at legal documentation, never had an issue with h1 extensions/LCA or stamping at US embassy. Never had an issue with payment in last 14 years. On time payments. Good 401k plan offered by Shakti. Two weeks of paid vacation which is best as a consulting firm.

Cons

Marketing team is week, if you are out of project means you are on your own mostly.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a good benefits. management team really seems to care about their employees. The managers are very responsive and willing to help you if needed. You may work from home.

Cons

The health benefits may be better.
