      Great clients who are eager to thrive but the company makes it nearly impossible

      Cons

      No support from management, no training, often left alone in the house with clients due to staff shortages/callouts, regular conflict and misinformation from supervisors, poor morale, little to no support or strength-based review of staff's hard work.
