Pros

Great experience to be working with and helping adults living with chronic mental illness. Very rewarding at times.

Cons

Can be extremely stressful without the right amount of direction and guidance. The HR team was difficult from the moment after hire until my last day. Some members are highly unnapproachable and make if uncomfortable to turn to for advice or questions.
