This office was enjoyable to work in. The expectation of work quality was clear and not unreasonable. My co-workers were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed working in this office. The office manager, Amanda, is a great asset to the firm.

Cons

I felt the pay was somewhat low for the quality and workload. Paralegal work is intense and exact, and I believe the people doing the work should be compensated at a higher rate. This is my only complaint for this office.

Shane Smith Law has been a great opportunity for me. I started as a junior case manager and have become the operations manager. I have been given the opportunity to grow within the firm and find a career that I am proud of. The firm frequently promotes to leadership from within. In the next several years we are projecting significant growth, which means others will have similar opportunities that I have had.

Cons

This environment is fast paced and our clients are going through some of the most difficult times of their lives; this is a combination that can cause some people stress and burn out.
