they do wine Wednesday once per month (I never even went but if you're into this kinda thing, its the only pro)

Cons

the highest raises they give out are $0.50 even for their top employees, they are extremely rigid on the hours - you get in trouble if you are more than 5 minutes late, they do not respect employees' personal space - they constantly spy on people all day every day and will "coach" you if you are away from your desk for what they deem to be "too long", horribly micromanaged and overall toxic culture

I have never heard about Wine Wednesday till working here but it is a fun and unique was of getting the employees together once a month!

Cons

communication between management is always being improved on due to the split between the two office in GA and NC
