Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We see you were a health coach during your time with us, and appreciate the work you did to support our members. There really isn’t a job at Sharecare that doesn’t contribute to our success – and the health coaches are no exception. They have big jobs that require hard work, passion around wellbeing and dedication. The objectives surrounding all of our jobs are designed to take those skills and leverage them into meeting our members’ needs while ensuring our colleagues are able to succeed. We push for the best because we hire, train and cultivate the best to drive our business forward, but certainly not to cause any undue stress. Good luck to you!

No opportunity for advancement without a degree

Pros

PTO, Benefits, friendly atmosphere, hours of operation, opportunity to work at home

Cons

Even though you may have multiple years of experience, without having a degree, there is no opportunity for advancement. Does not take into consideration how many years with the company you may or may not have, great reviews proving yourself as an employee, there is no opportunity to grow professionally unless you have a degree. Surrounding employers are offering a more fair rate of pay. When a company pay is one of the lowest....you get what you pay for; which is not beneficial to the company. Lack of fitness center benefits

First, we appreciate your thoughtful review, and are glad to see that overall, you feel Sharecare is a good employer. Regarding your concerns about specific degrees: Sharecare works closely to ensure our jobs match the body of work we’re going to accomplish, and that the people we hire for those jobs have the skills needed to execute. Sometimes, that does require a specific degree or certification, but we’d ask that you continue to seek internal opportunities and ask how you can get there. Whether you decide to take advantage of our tuition reimbursement to obtain the degree, or you want to look at different roles in the organization that might be a good fit, please consider reaching out to a member of HR – we’re glad to discuss options or help you to explore new opportunities. Thanks for all you do.
