      Pros

      good benefits, nice welcome gifts, employees get free treats when new products are launched. people are very friendly....pay is good....

      Cons

      management...always short staffed. HR department never takes employee's side...don't know what it's there for.... Cannot move up. Managers won't give chance to other employees who are working their best to get the job done. Some managers don't let their staff stay past 5 to get job done cause it makes them look bad...it does not matter if employees bring home work and work late at home...if you need a job from 9-5 this is not good...need extra hours to make things work and if you have small kids forget it...workload is tremendous and always short staffed.

      Pros

      I have only been with SharkNinja for a very short time but already I have noticed that the associates are hardworking, there is never a dull moment, and no idea is a bad idea. I am inspired by our management team and the investments that they have made in growing the brand as well as its employees. I'm constantly learning and enjoying how fast the pace is.

      Cons

      This environment is very meeting intensive which requires prioritization of how to break up your day.

      Pros

      Smart, dedicated people Engaged management team Collaborative Lots of opportunity to get involved in projects outside your area of expertise Opportunities to travel Career growth Great products! I'm constantly challenged to expand my thinking and push the limits and my career has grown faster than I could have imagined. I'm able to work on projects outside my "job description" that allow me to interact with all areas of the business and with a wide variety of smart people. We move fast but do slow down to have fun too! I work hard but I have flexibility to manage my schedule and my personal priorities along with my work.

      Cons

      Pace can challenge some people Not in one building right now (although we will be together in a brand new building in a year!!)
