Pros

Compensated well for the cost of living Management is well educated Most of the time a fun place to work A private company Works with people to help fix inefficient workers

Cons

Little opportunity to get into senior management Be prepared to have your work looked at by many people (big brother esq) Very cold place to live (a con to me) Very low turnover rate, a con because sometime you have to let people go and we don't do that Some incompetence at lower levels

Pros

Our staff is great. I rarely have to tell anyone how to do something, because they all know how to do it. We have a lot of long term employee's at our store. The company is always rolling out new and exciting product/food to sell, which brings in more customers. Bonuses every quarter, depending on your secret shop scores. Opportunity for advancement. I was promoted after only working there for 3 months.

Cons

Big work load. Under-staffing. Our store is old and we only have room for about 2 people in the MTO kitchen at a time. We get all of the college kids at our store and we never have enough people to keep up. Third-shift, with only you and one other person, and you're 15 orders off the screen isn't exactly fun. Our store needs a remodel!
