      Pros

      Great culture! Truly enjoy coming to work every day knowing my team and I are making a clear impact on patient lives. Thoughts and ideas are always welcome from any part of the company. Very fast growing company- allows for a lot of growths opportunities as an individual.

      A good place to start in specialty pharmacy

      Pros

      Shields is a good place to start if you want experience outside of retail or inpatient settings. Specialty pharmacy has had a huge wave of need in the past couple of years and Shields is doing good job accommodating that need with stretch across the nation. A good fit if you desire to start and move up and potentially relocate to a client hospital's city. All great points if you're needing the experience.

      Shields is one of the fastest growing companies for a reason. The company has the ability to adapt and overcome any challenge thanks to everyone's willingness to listen to others and to try new things. Looking at where we have come from and how drastically we are changing healthcare for the better is truly amazing.
