too much drama, lack of pharmacy operations knowledge and experience

I found management to be disorganized and lacking in basic mechanisms of successful communication. Many clinical staff I encountered were perhaps well intentioned, but void of previous professional expierence. Over time the company culture presented negative attitudes to diverse approaches in problem solving. Most concerning was the lack of development spent on staff. Regular dialogue among peers concluded mangers were consistently too busy to help them address serious obstacles, or dropped the ball on follow through.
