      Pros

      Company covers medical benefits for now.

      Cons

      - Growing too rapidly and not enough employees to support growth. - Training is SEVERELY subpar. Training was done by an actual child. (I brought this up with management and no-one cared.) - I've heard rumors of pay being lowered. Its already substantially below market competition. - They're always holding open houses in order to hire new staff but many aren't willing to accept such low pay. - Hectic start up environment

      Cares about patients, insofar as financial assistance and refills on-time.

      Cons

      No training for positions other than liaison. Patient care is affected by lackluster training for those positions that are patient-facing. Executive level goals too lofty- No continuity between business plan and downstream implementation. Too myopic- rolling out too many new suites before current suites properly established. Too many new sites in planning stages without taking staffing into consideration. Management spread too thin.

      Pay is being lowered, lack of communication between employees and management, company has no compassion for its employees and there is no room for growth unless you are willing to travel.
