Pros

Working with Shields allows the deliverance of compassionate and legendary care to chronically ill patients. We work closely with one another and constantly innovate ways to improve work flow that betters employees and inevitably patients.

Cons

Working in Specialty pharmacy can be a learning curve for those that have experience working in retail pharmacy. However initial challenges should not deter you from attempting to learn; this is a very specialized field where you can make a difference in someone’s lives each day.

Management is inept and will gladly throw direct reports under the bus to advance their careers. Unsafe parking lot with multiple car vandalisms. Extreme tonal shift after selling to private equity firm.
