Direct manager was amazing, provided support, very much in my corner, we had a great relationship

Upper management, leadership, the whole works..everything is solely focused on meeting metrics that don’t take into account the day to day, realistic demands of servicing a clinic chock full of providers, staff, and patients. They’ve lost their vision of delivering extraordinary patient care.

Pros

The pay is competitive compared to other pharmacy jobs. The benefits and the bonus are great. The overall core values and purpose of Shields are amazing. They truly try to provide the best card to their patients.

Cons

The management just isn’t good this is why many clinics are not succeeding. They definitely need a whole new team of management m. I’ve seen so many good workers leave or get fired which speaks volumes. When a job is constantly replacing workers it speaks volumes.
