If you want a city job where you commute into Manhattan every day is the only pro in this case.

Cons

•the company itself is based on a failing formula. They only see metrics. They will not cater to anyone’s mental health, no matter how bad it gets. Everyone, and I mean everyone in management will gaslight you. •they will hire you as hybrid and eventually force you into full time in person. No amount of flexibility is offered, not even religious. •they will send you to partner clinics which is an additional commute added.
