      Favoritism, will fire for anything and make up reasons, will fire if out on short term disability while recovering from surgery (brain sx), manager will take ideas and take credit,

      The worst type of managers, narcissistic managers, have an awful attitude.

      Honestly a great company to work for

      Pros

      Since you're salaried there's a lot of flexibility with wfh and taking off a couple hours earlier as needed, employer paid health premium, extremely generous PTO (3-4 weeks!). Lots of advancement opportunity as long as you're vocal to management about it.

      Cons

      Workload is intense, perpetually understaffed, not too much direction and conversely way too many SOP's that don't make a ton of sense at smaller locations
