      Benefits, people, patient centered, easy access to managers, problems handled when they come up

      Cons

      As with all companies right now, the yearly increase is small. However my last company did 1%, Shields does 6%.

      Pros

      Pay, Bonus Shields is the best place to work they listen to your ideas, and the culture is great. You get rewarded for your work and and you learn so much! It is so much room to grow. I reccomend any one who is a pharmacy tech that want to learn and grow outside of a retail setting to work at Shields.
