      Pros

      I’d say my time at shields although it was short it was amazing. I was given every helping hand I could get and any doubts I had were a question away. They really make you feel good to work there which makes you want to produce your best work!

      Pros

      1. Good place to grow as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist. 2. Gain Hospital experience. 3. Generous PTO and paid holidays. 4. Awesome paid for health insurance + dental and vision.

      Cons

      1. High turn around rate. 2. Poor communication with management. 3. Can be difficult working with clinical staff depending on the clinic assigned to you. 4. Require some level of entrepreneurship and independence.

      Pros

      Shields has definitely grown a lot from when I started almost 4 years ago. The company definitely cares about their employees and are very understanding. I’m happy to work here and to have a stable career with the possibility of growth.

      Cons

      Not really a con but I wish shields offered tuition reimbursement.
