The higher ups aren't very transparent, and you get spread thin frequently.

Offers great hours, pay, benefits, resources. Awesome growth potential. Strong focus on culture. The company is leaps and bounds above others in the industry and anywhere I have personally worked.

Cons

Frequent changes and updates can feel overwhelming to follow. HOWEVER, leadership is very accommodating and understanding relating to individual learning styles.
