Pros
Shields is where you will find kindness, compassion, caring and just an all around wonderful culture to work in. I cant say enough good things about this company, and working for it, it turned my job into a career that I absolutely love. I've recommended Shields to friends that are in pharmacy as well, as a place where you can grow, learn, and become a better version of yourself to help better care for patients.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any aside from metrics seems to be taking more of a role than it used to, however, the way Shields handles it compared to the big chain companies doesnt give me any discomfort.
