      A real culture of kindness!

      Pros

      I went into this position with no experience regarding making calls, but the training I received not just from my superiors, but from my colleagues really prepared me for my role and built my confidence. It makes a huge difference working with folks who genuinely care about each other and the superior standard of care we offer our patients.

      Cons

      Although learning the role remotely has not been ideal, I really don't have much to complain about!

      -Company that truly values patient care and encourages going above and beyond for patients. Culture of Kindness is genuine and large emphasis on maintaining this culture through hiring the right people. -Rapidly growing company that allows for many new challenges and opportunities -Despite the growth, the focus remains on providing the best patient care possible and company will do anything to maintain this culture -Company promotes professional growth and will support additional certifications/educational opportunities

      Cons

      No cons from my perspective - if you don't have an interest in patient care, this place is not for you.
