Cons

while on paper, there is a robust training program and shadowing curriculum, the actual personnel are unreliable - everyone for themselves. A very disruptive and disorganized work environment whether working on site or remote - no one seems to know how to do their job or know how to problem solve - no one takes the initiative, if you have any semblance of work ethic, they snowball additional tasks and duties. Typical corporate job with the pain of being an urgent health care position. Forget about sick time, you'll be guilted for life.
