Decent pay, no holidays/weekends, PTO, employer paid health care

Cons

Management is pushy (especially regarding metric output) and clicky. Bonuses were cut this year based on Walgreens buying us out. That was one of the biggest perks of the company.

Thank you for sharing; we value feedback from our employees. In 2023, we had a change to our fiscal year reporting. As a result, the timing of bonuses were adjusted and paid in both December 2022 and September 2023. This adjustment was made to align with our new structure. Bonuses remain a core component of our compensation model and going forward they will coincide with the end of our fiscal year.
