Cons

Product is far behind the field and very expensive. Touch sale unless the customer has familiarity or is a mix btw retail and fast casual like a wine bar

Good for Beginners

Pros

Great place to start your Career. Good team and lot of opportunities to gain experience.

Cons

No real appreciation for the work that being done. No increase in your compensation while new hired earn more than you. Always coming up with something to make your life harder ie, change from salaried to hourly based. They even offer you to different departments with more workload without matching up your compensation. Funny part is that they treat this as an operating to grow which I don’t see.
