This is not a place for professional career

Pros

The only reason I could see this place being beneficial to anyone is if you're desperate for a job now and just need something for a year or less. The pro would be "flexible if you need something NOW".

Cons

Pay was around half industry rate, I only took it because I had hoped for growth. The job function was poorly defined from day one and no one lifted a finger to help. My leadership changed over five times over a year. The multiple organizations are constantly at war with each other with incredible drama and you won't get anything done. Watch your head or it'll get chopped by someone who doesn't even know what you do (and doesn't care). Absolutely toxic work environment save from the couple of good people on the lower ranks looking out for each other.

Upper Management Needs to Read These

Pros

They throw perks at you, but that's not all that matters at a company and they don't seem to understand that

Cons

The pay is laughable Male executives don't promote women Need more women in leadership roles Employees that work hard and dedicate themselves to their jobs aren't rewarded or recognized Communication from upper management is HORRIBLE They expect way too much of you and use it as a test to see who will hold out long enough without getting a raise Barely room for improvement- it's a popularity game or who has known who the longest because all of the execs and management are friends
