This computer system are so outdated it’s crazy. My store is using short buns that have been recalled they don’t want to replace them. If something breaks in the store you can’t get it fixed. They expect you to get so much done but won’t let managers schedule hours (to keep payroll low) then they get mad cause nothing is done. The pay is just ridiculous for what the company wants you to do. (All the stores in my strip mall starts people out at $12 an hour) Dress code is unrealistic. You can’t wear dress clothes and crawl around on the floor to shift shoes around. If you are not your DM’s favorite you get treated like crap by the DM. My store doesn’t have an actual break room. I had to supply a fridge and microwave for my staff. There is no private place to enter new employees info. You are at the main computer so customers walking by can see the employees personal information. I’m already thinking about looking for another job and I’ve only been with the company 6 months. I have tried to talk to my DM about my key holders not doing their jobs and I got asked if I was trying to find dirt on them. If you are married and have kids I would stay away. They expect you to put this polar before your kids.This company is just not worth it.
