      Local Management very dishonest, plant metrics are a disaster and not always true, also root causes of issues never investigated to get proper corrective actions production lines downtime due to lack of material never attended. loosing thousand of dollars in labor, components and parts everyday New products introduction is a joke, no written procederes so ever
