Pros

If you are a certain type you’ll go far here career wise. Profitable organization with some hardworking staff in certain areas.

Cons

Promote hire and take referrals for certain types Adding staff although you have staff in certain areas working about three hours a day and spend a lot of time gabbing. (Personnel department and marketing) You can be at the table yet not at the table and fed a spin.

Pros

Shure is a privately held company which puts high value in its employees. Individual contributions are highly valued and the executive staff does everything in their power to ensure that employees are treated fairly and respectfully. There is substantial room for advancement in most disciplines and those who put forth their best efforts are fairly rewarded.

Cons

As with most companies, corporate politics sometimes play too heavy of a role in business decisions. That said, all parties involved make their contributions with intent to deliver the best product available.
