Pros

Safe, great benefits, family-feel, fairly stress-free. This is the kind of place that if you just want to kick-back and coast your way to retirement is perfect for you.

Cons

Everything else. The only innovation that happens here is in the products. There is essentially no marketing team. You're seeing the young, creative people leaving left and right. Too many promotions from within that aren't deserved. Politics are HUGE here, it's all about who you pick to be on "your team" and this has led to people getting positions that they are not at all qualified for.

Pros

Great place to work. Management and coworkers were supportive.

Cons

It is definitely a culture of musicians and music lovers, so if that is not your thing you might not fit in here.
