      great work environment, room to grow career. from an engineering perspective, your hands are not tied to any one specific idea or strategy. get it done, make it work, let it be awesome.

      Cons

      not many. everyone wants to get paid more. ideally experience at a trade show would be a real option, but that isn't likely

      Pros

      Shure has an environment that makes you feel as an integral and important part of the team. It is a great place to allow your creativity to flow and express your ideas to help improve processes, procedures and people and produce the best products in the industry.

      Cons

      No real downside to working at Shure. Decisions are sometimes slow, but change is not always easy when there are several hundred people trying to contribute to the overall extreme success of the company for over 90 years!
