Pros

good pay, but terrible benefits flexibility- make your own schedule

Cons

Management is very vague and green. It pretty much feels like a high school environment with a bunch of catty, messy females, and management who pick sides. A coworker's car was vandalized in the parking lot for realization, and they did absolutely nothing! Not even apologize to her.

Pros

Fantastic bonuses, profit share, AMAZING culture, GREAT swag, great people, great mission. Your problem is the company's problem, and they make it their mission to find a solution. Everyone operates with ownership mentality, and everyone's opinion matters. Discrimination of any kind is NOT tolerated. Signature definitely takes the concept of corporate social responsibility seriously.

Cons

Adherence to mandatory in-office or mandatory WFH; allowing each person to determine where they want to work and when (within operational hours) would work a lot better for those with kids (which is a LARGE portion of the organization. No jeans or tennis shoes in the dress code. While the overall appearance of the organization is fantastic, a LOT of health problems can be exacerbated by inadequate foot care. Tennis shoes are a LOT easier on feet than what most people can afford for business shoes. Jeans can also be dressed up very easily.
