Pros

The managers are really great to work with. The office is beautiful and remodeled. Working from home is an option after 6 months.

Cons

Its a call center...lots of phone calls all day long. The job would be worth it with the pay they give...but the insurance is very expensive. Ballpark 380$ per pay period and the company doesn't pay into it so the premium is paid by the associate...so the 21$ and hour feels like minimum wage after you get your pay check.

Since working at Signature Performance for the last 2 years, I have felt the difference that a focus on culture and diversity does to help associates succeed. The opportunities to advance your career are available through company provided mentoring and courses designed to help you grow as the company grows the business and opens up more promotion opportunities for the associates who work here.

Cons

It is important to understand the benefits structure and that you are given a choice in your healthcare coverage options. Management and HR are great partners to work with.
