Pros

Decent pay, very rewarding to serve Dept of Veterans Affairs contract. Stable work.

Cons

Very liberal. They try to be very inclusive but all managers and corporate individuals are disconnected from the average worker. Additional refresher training after original new hire is non existant. New waves come in and then they start to drop off. They adjust policies without warning. Not recommended for long term career.

- They have a team dedicated to ensuring Associates have the best possible experience while working for Signature - Flexibility in remote and on-site work - Caring Executive Team who is committed to the growth of all Associates - Many opportunities for career growth [Emerging Leaders, Open Forums, conference sponsorships, mentorship opportunities, etc.] - We have a Manager of DEIB as well as a newly implemented Diversity Circle, who are devoted to making sure all voices are heard and represented at Signature
