Signature Performance reviews

Company screwed up my paychecks. The supervisor in charge of my office was terrible at listening to concerns and showed favoritism to certain members of the staff. Literally said that our problems weren’t important enough and that they had bigger issues to deal with at other branches. You can tell that HR doesn’t do their job and just sides with management despite reoccurring issues and problematic and lazy team members.
