Flex hours, ability to bonus monthly, hires disabled individuals, free fruit, birthday cake each month

Cons

Terrible expensive health insurance, micro managing , no intergrity, work long hours - 8 hrs. or more of mandatory overtime, not enough parking for employees

Flexible schedule, office nicely outfitted

Cons

I sit all day. Managers not involved with employees. One manager smokes weed at night with an employee. Some employees log and/or out from home basically stealing from the company but only get a slap on the hand.

Your just a number here not a person Have an issue? too bad its probably your fault regardless of the facts You wont get an annual raise or sick pay- its configured into your pto- a annual vacation is probably out of the question unless you never get sick or dont visit your Dr... put your head down an work hard & you might be ok
