They have no way of knowing what is going on in work place. Have to use PTO for down days of the military need to include them with PTO time so you could have some vacation time,

Great hours, flexible with time off, benefited, gets anything you need taken care of in a timely manner.

Cons

paid time off is hard to gather, it takes a lot of time to get hired on to the base, not enough work to do throughout the day.
