Pros

One pro was that we received a fairly decent discount on jewelry.

Cons

They are ALL talk. There is no room for growth. No real career path. Favoritism plays a huge role. Once you speak up for yourself you are a target for office whispers and rumors.

Pros

Health insurance is decent and PTO although they make it almost impossible to use vacation time.

Cons

Where to begin, most of the time I feel like I work for a bank since we are hammered about opening credit cards for customers. They have cut our commission for 90% of sales people. It is almost impossible to get a raise and when you do get one it is laughable. They have cut our payroll to the bones so that we can barely give our customers the attention we need to even though they're on this "customer first " strategy,. New processes are not working correctly and just tie us up , we're expected to do twice the work for no more pay. Salaried store managers are treated like garbage and its no wonder that people like me have 0 desire to get promoted even though we are eligible.
