      Flexible schedule, now part of CVS

      Cons

      Very low salary with little opportunity for advancement. The coding department is currently complete chaos.. All of the good managers have left. Majority of coding work has been sent offshore. Coders are left with a very low hourly rate and no opportunity for overtime. The morale and overall job satisfaction is at an all time low among the coding staff. .
