Pros

Remote flexibility Decent benefits Home Health side of business

Cons

Be very careful if looking at the Episode of Care side of this business. I was hired because of my background and my experience that matched their job description. The position was completely different. First of all, if you don’t have a very strong background in EOC and heavy data analytics experience, you won’t last. There is little to no on boarding or training. The employees seem to all have the same skills set, and are very hard to work with. I openly heard managers berate employees on zoom calls, and undermine their experience. Primarily because they gave young managers who have no idea how to manage and develop staff. Senior management seems to have just migrated from the old Remedy Partners, and really don’t offer any value, except constant criticism.

Pros

rental car but only if you work 3 days that week.

Cons

Only know your schedule 24 hrs before. Your appointments maybe as far as 45 to 50 mins apart but they only give you 15 mins on your schedule to get there. The homes they send you to maybe unsafe to enter but they dont seem to care. You may only have 2 patients a day. If you are scheduled in one county for the week be ready to go to any county because it doesn't matter if your scheduled to one county they can make you drive 50 mins or more to get you your "pinpoint location". Most of your patients do not even want you there or do not know you are coming. More cancellations than any place I've ever worked. The biggest thing for me was I was told I would be 75 to 100 miles from home and I've had to take assignments up to 250 miles from home and when I complained I got nowhere stating this was expected.
