Pros

Working remote, flexible PTO, Monday-Friday & no weekends.

Cons

Excessive micromanaging, we’re expected to be robots, managers are very rude with bad poor communication skills, the scripts change literally every month, they have a new rule where if the appointments you’ve scheduled reach below a certain percentage of cancellations they will deduct money from your commission. Even if members cancel their appointments or providers never show up. Which happens almost every single day. That’s right the hard work you put in to schedule appointments they will take your money away & blame you for it. You get small “raises”. Meanwhile, the CEO is now a multimillionaire & plenty of us have been here longer than him. The appointments we scheduled made this company where it is today & honestly they haven’t done much to show us their appreciation. They also lowered our commission checks back in 2020. They switched to Cigna healthcare & the copay is absolutely terrible. A lot of providers don’t even accept Cigna.

Pros

No weekends, get little commission for appointment, benefits offered including PTO and holidays, work at home option, provide at home equipment

Cons

Toxic position. Little to no advance opportunties. High turnover rate. I've seen new hires that went through training but when they get on phones, they quit. You are Controlled and the micromanagement tactics are incredible. Basically, they are making money off elderly people and selling appts. Think of your parents that are retired and being harassed everyday with a call about doing a health evaluation. It suppose to be optional but you have to be pushy, provide rebuttals and force them to do it to help with your appts per hour. If you not making those appts, get ready to be put on displinary action. The script does not relate to all the plans, too long and does not flow very well but quality grade you . To many goals to meet. Spend 40 hours on a dialer each day talking with members can be exhausting and stressful. Calling out ir taking a day off is looked at negative. System issues, providers not showing up, canceling appts but the MEC get blame for it affecting our completion rate. The MEC doing all the higher ups dirty work while they get a salary with bonuses. Even the managers have to save there job or they will get written up for not disciplining there team. This is not a career but a campaign that can be shut down anytime. I do not recommend this job to anyone. If you arrange College graduate, don't apply here.

Pros

Pay is decent for Work-at-Home.

Cons

- You cold-call elderly people all day. They continue to get the calls even after they've said no multiple times. - Most management is clueless - Script forces you to be rude and pushy, you are disciplined if you arent pushy enough - Signifyhealth operates in a medicare loophole, should be closed and made illegal.
