Pros

There are some good, talented people hidden away here still.

Cons

Inept, insular, nepotistic leadership. It all stems from that. Leadership will blame the disintegration of entire business line on the government, and while there is certainly truth to the challenges presented by Medicare, the other side is that this company and leadership failed in its charge. Failed to develop a sound business vision. Failed to execute on anything effectively. Failed to retain talent. Failed to dismantled silos. Failed to leverage our data and technology effectively. Failed to build a non-toxic work environment. Leadership failed. In two years since the Remedy merger this company has gotten demonstrably worse at EVERYTHING it does. How is that possible? Whether or not any of them will suffer consequences remains to be seen. While an army of us is left to figure out our lives and careers, will these people parachute to safety with millions in the bank, or will they soberly reflect on how they systematically destroyed a profitable and promising business operation through sheer, indomitable incompetence? Stay far away.

Pros

Ability to make a difference for members

Cons

Company nor Management DOES NOT care about the work life of the NP. Pay is the lowest of competing home assessment companies. Offers fixed mileage rate (if you get 5 assessments per day) and attempts to place the provider in long distances away from home, knowing there is no mileage reimbursement. Does not recognize providers during any holidays. Will not update employees regarding unforeseen company changes, and all NPs have been without work for the past two months "unknowingly". Everyone was sent an email to sign ANOTHER contract for decreased pay, fixed mileage, fixed work days/hours per wk/ and stricter time structure w appointments. We were told to sign this contract, or possible termination of our employment. No one reached out to us via phone regarding these critical changes, and some even lacked email access without return phone calls. Horrible treatment from upper management to providers across the board since Censeo and Advance Health merger to Signify Health. Do not recommend this company!

Pros

None since the awful Merge!

Cons

Schedule as many members as possible in a day with no regard as to how far one member is from the next. Do not respond to emails Flat fee for Mileage reimbursement no matter how far you drive Don’t listen to complaints from NPs who are actually the force behind this company Make as much money as possible without regard for the NP who has to drive hundreds of miles daily and go from one client to the next without breaks
